In accordance with the latest government and healthcare guidance we are now only open for 1) Emergency dental treatment 2) Digital consultations ( telephone, facetime, wtsapp, facebook, viber etc). If you are an existing patient please do not worry, your treatment will continue as normal once we are given the clearance to do so. We apologise for any inconvenience however the above measures are to ensure the safety of patients and the public and to limit the spread of COVID-19. If you are a patient with an existing finance plan and are in financial difficulty , please email email@example.com. We have made contact with Tabeo on behalf of our patients , Tabeo have advised us they will be consider possible payment holidays on a case by case basis. Please include your details so they can locate your account and detail of your circumstances/ financial difficulties. Please do not be concerned regarding your dental treatment, this will still go ahead as planned as soon as we are advised it is safe to do so.
If you are an invisalign patient- please change aligners every 2 weeks no earlier as usually recommended by us. We will attempt to ship your next aligners to your home address. If this is not possible we advise to wear your last aligner for 1 extra week full time time ( 3 weeks total full time wear) and then switch to night time wear only( to help the aligner last longer). Please clean your aligners as normal using toothbrush and toothpaste. To disinfect them you can use a 50/50 mix of water and Milton's solution ( found in the baby aisle, used to clean baby bottles) in cold water for 20 minutes, rinse them and allow to air dry. Do not use your hot water on your aligner as it'll distort your aligner. If you lose or break your aligner, please call the practice stating the aligner number as soon as possible.
